About us
Local construction experience, approachable from the first message.
The VCF Buildtech team has over 11 years of construction experience in Dublin and the surrounding areas, working on everything from small repairs to new living spaces.
Our approach
One team for inside and outside the home.
Over the years we’ve worked on Dublin homes of every age — red-brick terraces, semi-detached estates, newer builds and commercial premises. That experience helps us spot what a job will really involve, and talk it through with you in plain terms.
Because we cover eight services, from maintenance and painting to extensions and granny flats, you don’t need separate contacts for every part of a project. A bathroom refit can include the painting; a new patio can come with a pergola.
We work with homeowners, landlords and businesses within approximately 50 km of Dublin. VCF Buildtech is insured, and every enquiry starts with a free quote.
How we work
What you can expect.
Clear conversations
We’d rather ask a few extra questions at the start than make assumptions. You’ll know what’s included in your quote and what isn’t.
Practical advice
If something needs specialist input — an engineer, an architect, a planning check — we’ll say so early.
Respect for your home
Whether it’s a family home, a rental or business premises, we work with care and keep you informed.
